This was another very beneficial module. It was amazing to see how mindfulness can have such a massive effect on ones mood. We learnt about exercises that could help us deal with stress, anxiety, depression, etc. Some exercises we practices includes 7/11 breathing, body scan, mediation, and many more. It was interesting to see how these exercises affected some people and not others. This just proves that you have to be in the correct mind state to see results. I think that going into fifth year which I hear is very stressful, this module will hopefully help me a lot. I completed a project about the effects of mindfulness and about its origin from Buddhism.
