The module that I just completed is Nutrition. We studies perfomance enhancing drugs and also looked at different types of foods and their components. We looked at athletes that have used performance enhancing drugs such as diuretics and the negative effects that they have on their health. For my final project I studied whole food-plant based diets. which is a diet that focuses on non-refined foods. I realized that this is a very good diet to follow as it ensured that people get the correct amount of fibre that animal proteins do not offer. I enjoyed this module and found it very useful.
